By-Laws

 

Below is a copy of the by-laws which govern the operating structure of OPSEU Local 340.  These by-laws enhance requirements outlined in the OPSEU Constitution.
 
Any changes to these by-laws will be proposed and voted upon at a General Membership Meeting by the entire membership.
 
To make a motion to change a by-law, please contact a Union Steward.
